The House

Guests have the option to use the rooms as doubles or twins and the master bedroom boasts a huge four-poster bed and most of our bedrooms have wonderful sea views of the North Norfolk coastline. Downstairs we have a luxuriously-appointed ensuite bedroom with wheelchair access and feather-free bedding too. There is an opportunity to hire just half of the house with dividing doors splitting the accommodation and giving four bedrooms and a sitting room, each part having its own kitchen.

A wonderful treat for those who wish to entertain or to keep younger members (or the young at heart!) fully entertained. This cosy building comprises of almost 200 sq metres and includes a large games / entertaining room with bi-folding doors and panoramic views over the β€œPit”, showers, wet room for sailing kit etc, drying room, a staff flat and laundry room. Fully equipped with an iPod docking station, a selection of family board games and table tennis. This is a truly remarkable space for cold winter days with the views to enjoy in the warm, or open the bifolding doors on a summer day to enjoy the Norfolk coast first hand.

The house has a protected and sheltered courtyard between the north of the house and the new annexe, providing a protected outside area for windy days. The rest of the surrounds of the house have benefited from a new York stone terrace, with planting and walling to set the house off to its real splendour. The terrace provides outside lighting and room for barbeques - catching the evening south-facing sun.
